Mr. Zamborelli’s 60-year career has been entirely devoted to the drilling industry. This  experience afforded him the opportunity to assemble a team of talented  individuals in the drilling industry and provided the basis for the  launch of other successful business ventures. 

Don  increased production and developed drilling methods that became the  mainstay of the industry. Don would either set up projects with  personnel and equipment or invented drill tools and equipment to perform  unique jobs and solve problems that would arise on work in progress. 

Over  the years, Don formed and sold several successful companies that  contracted with Bechtel Power Corp / Pacific Power & Lights Units 2  & 3, Rock Springs, Wyoming; Idaho Power & Light Unit 1, Wyoming;  Power & Light Units 1 & 2, Colstrip, Montana; and Fort Gibson  Nuclear Power Plant, Mississippi. 

Mr. White -  35 years’ experience in petroleum engineering, executive management, drilling, completions,  well servicing, production operations, property acquisition and  disposition, reservoir engineering and reserves reporting, and reservoir  characterization/development planning.  Areas worked by Mr. White  include the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf Coast (Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana,  Arkansas, Texas), West Coast (Utah, California - onshore and offshore  and Oregon). Mr. White served in senior management roles with Occidental  Oil and Gas Company.  These roles included Director of Middle East  Major Projects, President and General Manager of Vintage Production  California, and Operations Manager for Oxy Elk Hills.

Mr. Evering headed venture capital and private equity firms with 30 years of experience in the financing & packaging of strategic acquisitions, management of business combinations, capital deployment and the production and trading of the Oil & Gas industries.

   • Workover Evaluation including AFEs and well supervision 

   • Production/Sales Accounting 

   • O&M Expense 

   • General Accounting 

   • Well, Equipment, Flow line inventory and integrity reports. 

Served as CFO and VP for a crude oil producer with properties in the Eastern and Western USA. An active market participant in the international supply and marketing of crude oil and refined products, with trading partners in the United States of America, South America, Africa and Europe.

Mr. Evering holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Mr. LaMonica is one of the original founders of Action Performance Companies, Inc. “ACTN”, a marketing enterprise and IPO launched in 1992, which was then listed on the NASDAQ. There Mr. LaMonica was the Marketing and Licensing Manager where he successfully negotiated agreements with hundreds of Fortune 500 companies such as Quaker State, Pennzoil, Texaco, Exxon/Mobile and Valvoline.

Since 2006 Mr. LaMonica has been working for ZamborelliEnterprises Oil Drilling as a project engineer, improving well operations, exploitation and drilling methods. Over the last three years he has been supervising well abandonment projects in Long Beach California and Bakersfield for leases own by Occidental Petroleum.
